Change the custom field order, adapt for older posts
I have four custom fields:
in this order:
1. article file ( this is used for upm file upload )
2. materials
3. size if applicable
4. date
Recently I tried to change the order that they were in so that the “article file” field would appear closer to the “article image” field in the write tab of the content area.
When I did this, it misaligned the database data with the correct tags, despite the custom field tags being labeled with name=”…..” ?
in other words, it did this:
date: photograph
So, Is there a way to do make this work? ie: change the order without effecting the display? Or a way of ammending the database to reflect the changes I make in the admin pref.?
