Parent category
Here’s the explanation in the manual
<blockquote>Parent category can be defined to create a hierarchical category structure although, as of this writing, there’s no real use for them because there is no way to filter or display them in their hierarchical structure.</blockquote>
Is there any news regarding this? If yes can sombody post some tag examples on how to use it?

I’ve not seen any progress in SVN Colak. I’m not sure it’s “top of the list” at the moment. Having said that there is the “crockery” branch where support for postgre databases is going on apart from other things. Whether anything has been going on there I couldn’t say.

hi stuart,
i thought that this would be the case.
I believe that the Txp cabablilities will be boosted by tenfold once parent/child categories are iplemented.
I guess we’ll just have to sit it out:)
