One article on front page, but 10 on searches?
Hey quick question. I searched the forums but to no avial, though I’m certin this must have been answered already somewhere. I want to display one article on my front page. That in and of itself isn’t a problem using tags, but I noticed this means that if someone is searching my site or perusing a category, only one article is displayed at a time. Is there a way to have only the most recent article published on my front page but allow people to see 10 prosepctive article excerpts when they search or peruse by category?

That article discusses an excellent method which I use myself but if you wish to continue using the front-page to display search results you can use the <code><txp:if_search></code> conditional tags to pop in an extra article tag with a limit set to 10.
