Update 4.0.1 -> 4.0.2 errors
I did an update from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 and it was not good for my website.
Someone has a clue what went wrong and how to correct it?

And I have also other problems as well in the admin.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare upload_form() (previously declared in …/www.dextrose.be/textpattern/lib/txplib_html.php:372) in …/www.dextrose.be/textpattern/include/txp_form.php on line 363

You have some warnings if you try to validate your code.

You should start by correcting them.

Sounds like you’ve updated some files but not others.
