Unable to Access Comments

Hello,

I’m unable to access the comments area of my posts. The <a href=“http://www.tequiladiva.com/article/2/artfully#comment”>message</a> that I get when I try reads: <i>Not Found
The requested URL /article/2/artfully was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</i>

I have not modified any templates or settings (aside from my blog title). What do I need to update, and where can I find this?
