How do I get rid of RSS and Atom?

I really do not want these links on my blog.
How do I get rid of them?

Re: How do I get rid of RSS and Atom?

The code for RSS and Atom feeds are <code><txp:link_feed_link /></code>. If you delete instances of that tag in your templates, the links to the feeds will disappear, though the actual feeds won’t.

Re: How do I get rid of RSS and Atom?

Thanks for the tip.
But my goal is to delete completely anything related to RSS and Atom.
Instead, I wish to use this part (with another title than “Feeds” of course!) for some special and personal links which I don’t want to list in the “Links” part.

To completely “purge” anything and everything related to feeds would require you to delete portions of Textpattern’s core code. Unless you know what you’re doing, I don’t recommend trying that.

Also check in the “head” section for any “link rel” tags pointing to feeds.

It could be done with a plugin without too much effort. It’s sorta counter-intuitive, but possible. You need it?

Yes, thanks Andrew, why not?
I already deleted those links but if there a more “orthodox way” to do it, I’m in…
Best regards

Oh hi Gerard. Didn’t realise it was you. My French isn’t brilliant but I shall scan the results for grammar and spelling errors. ;)
