My Atom feed doesn't validate

I tried to validate my atom feed, and it gives me this error:

<code>line 4, column 63: Self reference doesn’t match document location [help]
</code>

That’s when I try to validate http://www.mysite.com/atom/, but if I try to validate http://www.mysite.com/?atom=1, it passes.

Should I change something in my .htaccess, or the feeds.php (which I assume there is one somewhere).

If someone could point me in the right direction, I’ll really appreciate it.

This was fixed in 4.0.2. Upgrade. :)
