Can I manage more than one blog on textpattern?

Can I manage more than one blog on textpattern?
for example:
http://www.something.com – here I have gallery
http://www.something.com/blog – here I want personal blog / but I can’ add comments and permalink here

Or is any different way how to manage two different blogs beyond two installations?

Using the default section for your gallery/photoblog and a different section for your weblog is exactly how I set up this site for James.
