You can use overflow: hidden;
in the CSS for your comments area; the effect will be to “cut off” the link at the edge of the DIV rather than letting it keep running past the edge. Aside from that, either manually edit links that are too long, or place a prominent notice asking people to use Textile in their comments instead of posting gigantic raw URLs.
