Publishing Arabic Text using TEXTP On Windows IIS 50
Hi All;
As I said in a previous post, I am interested in using TEXTP for an Arabic publications. So far I did not succeed by installing it on a Linux Fedora 4 Server, and would appreciate any help.
However, here I would like to report that I can using it for Arabic publication by installing it on a windows Server. In my case it is Win2k with IIS5.
PS: I did not post this under the other subject for two reasons:
1- Although this assure us TEXTP can be used for Arabic, the problem of linux needs answer.
2-I thought to make sure that readers will get the message faster.
So, please forgive me if these are so so reasons

Re: Publishing Arabic Text using TEXTP On Windows IIS 50
Arabic – indeed any language covered by unicode – normally works fine with no special configuration required. Whatever the problem, it’s not a general issue with Textpattern, or Fedora, or IIS. The problem is something to do with the configuration or environment on that particular server – maybe something like a PHP or apache module we don’t know about that’s re-coding the page output.
