Re: Custom Fields

I know theres only 10 Custom fields, i need at least 12. Is there a plugin or a Mod that i can do to get 12 fields. I work for a Manufacture and im useing TXP to generate our shopping cart, Its all working perfectly, but i need at least 2 more fields so that the cms can generate a third Add to Cart button.

Re: Custom Fields

if you goto our Beta site on one of the pages Ten-Tec: Transceivers each custom field generates the add to cart buttons. its the same idea you have but more complex:

Button 1:
Custom Field 1:Model
Custom Field 2:Price
Custom Field 3:Cart Description
Custom Field 4:Shipping Weight

Button 2:
Custom Fields 5-8: are the same as above.

Button 3(maybe):
Custom Fields 9&10: are empty due to lack of fields.

The shopping cart buttoms themself are also Generated.

LOL… it’s true.

NXArmada, try not to rely so much on other people for your TXP needs. Read more documentation and you will be able to answer your questions and learn at the same time.

Maybe you only asked 3 questions here but I have 26 email threads in my GMail archive from you alone. Each thread has an average of 4-15 messages. That does not include the threads that I moved to the Trash either. That’s a lot of questions about TXP. As I look back at some of them I see that nearly every one of them could have been answered by searching the TXP forums or Google. I’ll give you 2 legitimate questions.

Anyway, that’s what I was getting at with the “relying on others” bit. No offense… I’m just trying to point you in the right direction to retaining and learning more on your own.
