Re: These two took a while :)

Very nice. There is a lot going on with the EBIA site. I can only imagine what’s going on in the backbone on that one. Looks good.

What plugins did you have to make/combine for the account signup on the EBIA?

Yeah, quite a bit actually. Everything is driven by TXP and custom plugins and enhancements to the core. Some of these changes have been rolled in 4.0 actually :)

We are using zem_auth and some custom input classes.

Everything is driven by TXP and custom plugins and enhancements to the core.

ebia.com has almost as much code in plugins and addons as is in Textpattern itself.

Some of these changes have been rolled in 4.0 actually :)

Indeed, you can thank Datafirm for donating Postgres support and Sticky articles, amongst other things.

Re: These two took a while :)

I just perused the ebia site again and had to leave another comment. You really did a fantastic job here. I am highly impressed with the code integration you have pulled off. Everything works really seamlessly and the runtime seems fantastic. Just thought I would pat you on the back again. You really dumped a lot of work into this piece. Are you updating content or is the client updating content? How seamless the setup has to be for client driven updates is always a huge hurdle for me on complex projects like what you have pulled off here.

Re: These two took a while :)

Thank you for your kind words! Zem played a big part in the completion of this site, we had a good team together!

The site was a major success, full e-commerce integration into TXP, a suite of admin side extensions to manage the content , coupons, business pages, custom mapped custom fields per section, test suite, and other tools. We also created two Flash applications to manage their users, mailing list subscriptions, and higher level products offerings. These desktop apps integrate fully into TXP db abstraction layer and our custom plugins.

We have a few more projects of this size on the way and we hope to continue to support TXP!
