<txp:article_image />

In my default presentation page I placed the <txp:article_image /> tag and for some reason no pic shows up in this particular article.

I placed the image ID number (in this case “2”) in the Article Image area of the article page under advanced options.

I’m sure it is something simple that I’m missing, but the answer escapes me.

Re: <txp:article_image />

It’s a form tag, it must go in a form, not a page. :)

Re: <txp:article_image />

See, I knew it was something simple. I really did try to figure it out by myself and I even tried to “read the manual.”

The capabilities of Textpattern are endless especially with people such as yourself, Mary, who keep improving upon the product, but I think beefing up the manual would really help a lot of people.

Re: <txp:article_image />

Ok, let me think about this then because I’ve built websites before, but not in this fashion.

After the header which has the logo and primary navigation, we have the main pic (which is where this question is directed) and what follows below is the primary section and then a subsection to the right (basically a two column layout).

Right now the Form, “default”, goes into my Primary Section area. I’m guessing that the main picture DIV should go before the body of the article.

Okay, so what’s your question? :) Or were you looking for a nod from me, indicating you are correct? If so… nods
