Catalan translation

I’ve had to translate TXP into Catalan for a project and the ca_es.txt file is here: http://www.xenoid.net/ca-es.txt (Catalan = Català)

Accents and such have been encoded as entities, and they look good. However, there’s a problem with other foreign characters (i. e., Greek, Czech…) and also where the translation appears in a drop-down menu. I’ve been searching the boards for encoding instructions, but.

So far I’ve done it in Wordpad, should I use another kind of text editor?
