Getting ads between article excerpts?

I’m using the following on the front page:
<txp:article form=“default” article form=“full” limit=“12” listform=“default” />

Is there anyway to implement an ad after every fourth article?

Try the zem_nth plugin.

Would I be able to have a box ad after the fourth article and a totally different adsense ad after the eighth article? or does one specified ad repeat after every fourth ad?

I’m not sure, have never tried that myself. But if it’s possible to use the plugin tag more than once in one form you might be able to accomplish this.
