CSS lists for rookies...

How do you make a bulleted list that you’ll use many times within the posts of a weblog look completely different from a bulleted list that makes up a navigation list in the sidebar of the weblog?

I’ve made either of them look like I want them, but put them both in a stylesheet and one list winds up with bullets on top of bullets.

Thanks. It’s early and I’m frustrated :)

UPDATE: 5 minutes later – Got it. Sorry for the silly question.
