Members access rights

We’re in the process of setting up blogs for a load of people.

We were planning to give everybody them the level of “Staff Writer” so they would be shielded from the juicy back end.

But, I’ve noticed that “Staff Writers” can’t moderate comments. It would be really handy if we could set it up so they could.

To be allow them to do this though, they would have to be upped to “Copy Editors” which allows them access to the HTML and whole world of pain.

Basically is there any way I can strike a middle ground, and allow them to moderate comments, yet not see the important stuff?
