Issue with letter '

Hi,

I noticed that when I use this letter in the beginning of a sentence and I want to apply in Textile, the word to show it in bold it shows on the website word like any other…
So, the word Äriõigus is shown Äriõigus. And I had to write in Textile strong Äriõigus end/strong.

Yes, this is a known bug which has been reported many times. It has to do with the limited featureset of PHP itself.
