use the new <txp:section /> attributes?

This posting in the txp blog seems to indicate that <txp:section /> can now be used outside an article form with the name attribute, the example given showing a section navigation list, presumably added to a sidebar. I can’t seem to get it to work, and I was wondering if I was missing something obvious, or if it has not been included in the 4.0.1 release. My code is

<ul>
<txp:section wraptag="li" link="1" title="1" name="about" />
</ul>

with a fresh 4.0.1 install and one post added to the about section.

Oh, and how does one implement a block of code on this forum?

Thanks

Re: use the new <txp:section /> attributes?

Bah! I just noticed the date for the new functionality was later then the 4.0.1 release date. Gah, I should have caught that sooner.
