Overriding default charset for e-mail
I see there’s now an option to override the default UTF-8 charset and change it to ISO-8859-1. I haven’t yet figured out how it should be useful, but it’s probably only going to help those in the spectrum of “Western European” languages. Shouldn’t there an option for other local charsets, ie. ISO-8859-7 (Greek)? Thanks

Re: Overriding default charset for e-mail
Yep, it’s only useful for latin1 user.
If I remember correctly, there is no way with PHP to decode utf8 into every other charset, that is widely supported by the hosting setup.
If you have specific needs and the tool to do it with your PHP, you could hack it, its very simple to do.
