Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
Pittster and Manfre, I am having the exact same problem. It is only outputting links from one category and is not outputting the headings. I am using RC3 (April build from the website) and 0.8.1 of the plugin.
other info: I am using it on a section page and I am using clean urls.
Has anyone found a solution?
Thanks.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
I ended up writing my own plugin. Not a flexible, but it did exactly what I wanted.

Any chance I could use your plugin?

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
I will look in to this problem this weekend. Been really busy here due to grelins that always pop up at the end of a quarter.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
my plugin is very BASIC but it works for what I need it to do. www.pittster.com
BTW my site sucks right now. Please do not judge me too harshly :)
When I get some time over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to add the following attribs:
count – show the count in the category
bulletchar – character to use as a bullet
onlycats – show only the categories
And the features:
display all the subcats if a category is displayed.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
pittster, I have been unable to reproduce the problem with the official txp download. Can you post a txp diagnostics dump (low detail)?

In the interest of helping the community here it is. However, I’ve given up on it and I have gone to Nucleus CMS. does what I need out of the box.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
Any news on the above problem?
I just upgraded to RC5 (r705) from deanload and am having problems with it outputing links using argname=“c”. Here is what I want to use <code><txp:mem_glinklist form=“Links” argname=“c” /></code>, but when I am in a category nothing is outputted. If I use the category attribute then it works fine; category=“one-of-my-categories”. However, this isn’t what I want.
Any ideas?

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
I’ll look in to the latest RC to see what could be causing the problem.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
So my problem above with mem_glinklist went away. I don’t know why.
I do have another question though, with mem_categories isn’t <code><txp:mem_categories form=“link_category2” type=“link” argname=“c” /></code> only supposed to display categories within the current category defined by what is in the URL? As it is it displays all categories no matter what.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
That is the correct behavior for the supplied arguments. The argname attribute is used when generating the category links.

Re: mem_glinklist: Grouped Link List
Is there any way to get it to show only the categories that are in the current category?
