Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] upm_insert_tab: Allow tab insertion within admin textareas.
Plugins are not loaded in the plugins tab. It’s to prevent a bad plugin from shutting you out.

Okay. I’m sorry again. What do you call the page that you end up on after you click “edit” on one of the plugins you already have installed? That’s the page I’ve been trying to talk about. :)

That’s the plugin tab.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] upm_insert_tab: Allow tab insertion within admin textareas.
wow, nice work.
I always do most of my template editing in topstyle and past or import back (which remeinds me i need to figure out admin plugins so i can turn my import/export templates into a plugin) into the txp interface, but this is a nice addition to let me add a single line and keep it formatted without having to copy and paste tabs from the previous line.
Is there a way to disable this plug in the write tab? If not it’s not a big deal since this is the type of plugin you can disable after you have worked on templates.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] upm_insert_tab: Allow tab insertion within admin textareas.
Er… why?
If its a question of being able to navigate the page via tab, that’s been accounted for – read the help.
I could add a preference to allow turning it off and on for certain tabs, I just thought making it easy to use or not use would be enough?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t. But thanks for thinking about it.

Mary, the link to your plugin is broken on textpattern.org :
The path is set to :
http://utterplush.com/download/txp/upm_insert_tab-0.1.txt
The actual path (to v0.2 at least) seems to be :
http://utterplush.com/download/txp/upm_insert_tab.txt

Thank you for this! Its super!
p.s. I’m having problems with FF 1.0.6. If I use the tab key (in a textarea) when the scrollbar is activated it scrolls all the way to the top of the textarea. Is this how it should behave in FF?
