[plugin] [ORPHAN] ako_nav
Howdy All.
Just wanted to announce the latest version of my plugin, ako_nav.
With this version, I’ve released it from dependancy on URLs. What that effectively means is that now it will work with permanent link mode’s that don’t have the section in the URL. This is good. :)
As always, I’m more than happy to entertain questions, comments, concerns, requests, or whatever you will.

Could you add a divclass attribute to this otherwise excellent plugin?
Ok so it’s there, just not in the docs. My mistake… As you were…

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] ako_nav
First off I love this plugin and I think its great.
With that said I found a problem. class=“active” doesn’t get applied if I use anything other than <code>name=“Home,About,Contact” url=”/,/about,/contact”</code> for example I have my site in a subdirectory named dev so if I change the url to reflect that <code>url=”/dev/,/dev/about,/dev/contact”</code> the active class isn’t applied. I seems to happen if there are 2 forward slashes (/) in the url path.

Thanks for the comments. I’ve already been informed of the issue with subdirectories, and sometime soon hopefully I will get a chance to play around with the plugin and see if I can fix it.
I’m rather busy right now, so I’ll try to get to it as soon as I can, but I can’t guarantee anything.

Howdy all.
Just wanted to let you all know that I’ve released v0.5 of ako_nav, fixing (I hope) the issues that were arising with txp sites runnign out of subdirectories. To say briefly what changed, you do not need to include the subdirectory in the url attributes. Check the documentation for further info, or if that confuses you, ask away.
Thanks for the continued support, and comments / suggestions / money (hah) are always welcome.
:)

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] ako_nav
Hi akokskis, did you manage to make it so the current menu selection isn’t clickable?
Thanks

No I didn’t, but I’ll plan this in my next release.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] ako_nav
Lee, I’ve added the ability you asked for into ako_nav. (To make the current menu selection not clickable).
This now makes ako_nav v.0.6
The attribute is “curlink”. 1 = link, 0 = no link. By default, this is 1 (link).
Download ako_nav v.0.6

Arg, I’m sorry all- something keeps freakin my server out, and I’ve been out of town for the last week or so, unable to remedy the issue. Hopefully all is well now, so… It should work.
Sorry ‘bout that one…
