Re: [archived] glx_image

Is it possible to display the full-sized image in an archive page after clicking on the thumbnail?

Re: [archived] glx_image

I guess it is, i havent looked at it but there is a variable name p that the built in tag image_display uses. glx_image in combination with a image conditional could do the work, i see if i can get something up in next week, but i cant promise anything…

Re: [archived] glx_image

I have a request. Could you put in one place (at the begining of the code) all the text displayed, to help translate it for non english speaking and help using diff tools when we update it ?

Maybe something simple, like : $textResize='Resize'; and so on…

By the way since the renaming the plugin works for me, so I haven’t said it yet: thanks Osei, great plugin !

Re: [archived] glx_image

Hi osei, thanks for your work with glx_image and also with your other nice plugins.

I have an issue with the “caption” parameter of the plugin. When I call an image using “id” parameter, the plugin always output the caption for the picture I have stored in the database. I doesn’t matter if I omit the “caption” parameter, or if I change it to caption=“whatever”, it always output the caption as if I was using caption=“standard”.

I’m using RC3, is this a problem related with this version?

Regards

Re: [archived] glx_image

Hey now you mention it, I seem to have the same problem… always thought it was a mistake of mine, but must be something with the plugin.

One small detail, in the plugin the version shown is “0.5.1”, but in your post it says “0.6”

Re: [archived] glx_image

One more thing :)

The titles are not working for me. linktitle and “Link to a larger version of this image” parameters both get a </code>></code> character at the end of the title attribute instead of <code>”</code> so the title gets broken.

For example if I use <code>linktitle=“this and that”</code>
When I see the source of the page, I get <code>title=“This and that></code>

Could it be a minor mistake in the code?

Same thing if I use: <code>link=“large”</code>
When I see the source of the page, I get <code>title=“Link to a larger version of this image></code>
Link=“large” was working ok, was my mistake, sorry :)

Re: [archived] glx_image

Sorry, must be a problem with the atom feed because it happens to normal links, too.

There seems to be a problem with your plugin and the atom feeds… the urls look like this: http://mysite.com//images/image.jpg. You see; there are two slashes after the site url. This doesn’t happen in the rss feed.

Don’t know if that’s a problem with the feeds in general or just your plugin, but as all other urls are working I figured out I’d post it here.
