Filter appearance of log
Hi folks. I know next to nothing of PHP and so this is, of course, beyond my capabilities. But I was wondering if anyone has made/could create a plugin that would simply filter the log file by, say, keyword. For example, I do not want to block the googlebot spiders or inktomisearch or anything like that, but I don’t really want to see them in my logs, either. I want to be able to enter those words (or do something similar) to remove items like that from the log so that I can more easily see real traffic. Would this be particularly difficult to do? Has anyone done something similar already?

Re: Filter appearance of log
Txp doesn’t currently record the user agent string, so – implementation issues aside – filtering spiders in the log isn’t possible.
