Re: Txp 1.0 RC3 Available
Site URL:opreis.textdriven.com
Diagnostics says:
path_to_site is inaccessible:
/index.php is inaccessible ?
Image directory is read-only: }/images ?
.htaccess file is missing ?
Diagnostic info:
Textpattern version: 1.0rc3
Document root: /home/sderuiter/domains/opreis.textdriven.com/public_html
$path_to_site:
Textpattern path: /usr/home/sderuiter/domains/opreis.textdriven.com/public_html/textpattern
upload_tmp_dir: /usr/local/www/php/tmp
tmp_dir: /var/tmp
Site URL: opreis.textdriven.com
PHP version: 4.3.10
Magic quotes: 0/0
Server: Apache
However, the site is accessible….
Can this all be due to the fact that I;m currently unable to edit my .htaccess at TXD?

Me too – and I have tried to raise a ticket on the bug database, but I am getting 500 internal server errors.
Each time you save, it adds a level of backslash. I also get a divide by zero error on publish.php line 359.

Ah, you had an old index.php, I fixed it for you. Following the checkout instructions exactly would have updated your index.php

Yeah, I think subversion is wedging on the server (seems this thing is somewhat popular, Sunday and all). Looking into it.

Ah, the first bug. You’ve got magic_quotes_gpc turned on, and we tweaked the way that was sniffed out.
Please svn update – rev 67 addresses this.
I’m afraid you’ll have to search and destroy the slashes in a text editor to get rid of them – a patch to reverse would be far too dangerous at this stage.

I did that, and although that bug has gone, it appears to be loading the main page when the default css is being asked for.

Sorry, can you rephrase the problem, and please post it in Bug Reports. This is an announcements thread.

My bad – I deleted a quote in the header by mistake in editing out the backslashes.
