Tag builder visibility / display conditions
This has me scratching my head, I’m sure it’s an easy answer but I’m lost…
Where is the tag builder shown? And what are the conditions of its visibility (if any)?
I don’t usually use it, but I stumbled on it and found a small tweak to improve it…got distracted, and completely lost where it was in the UI. Yeah. Whoops.
Thank you.
Edit: Textpattern 4.9.0 beta 2, nothing in dev console indicating it’s failing to fire.

Re: Tag builder visibility / display conditions
Forms panel: the link immediately above the textarea should open a repositionable modal.
Files and images panel: similar modal from the inline links in the ‘Tags’ table column. Columns may be hidden.
As far as I recall there are no prefs or anything else that govern whether the tag builder links or the actual results show up. I don’t even think it’s a “popup” so the browser popup restrictions shouldn’t interfere.

Thanks, Bloke. I’m not seeing it on either admin-side page…must be a breakage my end, I’ll reinstall.

Works as expected on demo sites…definitely a me problem.

Hmm that is weird. And slightly worrying if there’s something in a certain environment that prevents it working. Local dev, I presume?

Yes. Switching back to local-remote route works just fine. No drama.
