Minor textile bug
Smart quotation marks do not work as expected when the closing quotation mark is not followed by a space.
Example:
"Lorem ipsum"[==<txp::shortcode />==] dolor sit amet The result produces 2 opening quotation marks.
“Lorem ipsum“shortcode content dolor sit amet
Expected result
“Lorem ipsum”shortcode content dolor sit amet

Lots of inline Textile doesn’t work when there is a lack _of word_separation… (yes on purpose :-))
Which is the same reason Textile and non-roman languages don’t play well together at all.
Where is that emoji for a solar powered submarine when you need it ?
