Preferences > Site > Date format

In Txp 4.8.8 on the Preferences panel for Site, I’m looking at the Date format and I see two fields: the left field is the drop down with date options, the right field is a text field that currently shows ‘%x”. In neither the help modal nor the Documentation here do I see an explanation of what that right field is for. Where should I be looking to understand what that setting does?

Re: Preferences > Site > Date format

D’oh! I selected something in the dropdown and now I see Txp is giving me code. Might be helpful to explain that in the documentation.

Sorry!

Re: Preferences > Site > Date format

You can insert your own custom date format in that field. After saving it will be added to the select dropdown.
