Multi site install on subfolders instead subdomains
Couldn’t find this the docs, or in the forum, however was wondering if it’s possible to have a multi-site instance that has things on domain.com/subfolders
vs on subdomain.domain.com
? For example if I have subdomains set up for clients, and each project is in a subfolder like so:
client1.domain.com project1 project2 project3 textpattern client2.domain.com project1 project2 project3 textpattern etc…
Is that doable? Or is it purely for subdomain usage?

Re: Multi site install on subfolders instead subdomains
That should be possible. It mostly entails setting appropriate webroot folders for your projects and adjusting the symlinks accordingly. Take a look at this test repo – it’s been a while, so I’m not sure it’s up to date, but it certainly was possible. If you open the folders and click on the symlinks in GitHub, it shows you the destination.
EDIT: this is assuming that you want project1, project2 etc. to be a site of its own. If you just want a textpattern installation in a subdirectory, you should be able to do that with a standard installation.
