Textpattern 4.9.0 beta 1

We are warming up the presses for the first beta release of Textpattern 4.9.0.

There’s a tracking issue here if you want some nerdy details: github.com/textpattern/textpattern/issues/1903

I hope / expect to have the beta ready for you to test drive and report back on in the coming week or two, likely sooner if I get green lights from the development team.

There will be an official announcement in the usual places, please consider this an early notification for active forumites.
