Forum Down
It seems that from my end this Forum was down for approx. 24 hrs., What happened?

It was offline from around 1500UTC yesterday to around 0930UTC today.
MySQL binary logging got into a knot and my bounce-the-service-if-it’s-in-trouble script restarted it as expected, but MySQL couldn’t write to the binary log file and it panicked…which triggered my script…which restarted the service…and it couldn’t write to the binary log file…and so on.
Sorry for the downtime. It was unexpected, and when I had an email about it from a forum user this morning around 0900UTC I started the recovery process.
