The oldest (standalone) version of the default theme is for Textpattern 4.6, but that is already basically the same the default theme for Textpattern 4.8.x and 4.9.

I suppose you could try downloading and installing Textpattern 4.5-latest (if you have PHP 7.4 or older) and extract the theme by copy-paste… (download from here).
