Reverted: Nginx 1.25.0 mainline with HTTP/2 + HTTP/1, built with LibreSSL.
Some issues with configuration of multiple sites running HTTP/3, so reverted to the ‘classic’ of HTTP/2 + HTTP/1 until I can fix it.

A minor reconfiguration of the site PHP setup:
Installed: PHP 8.3.0alpha1 (for php-next-dev-demo only), GA expected late November 2023
Updating: PHP 8.2.7 (for dev-demo only) – ETA +30 minutes.
Updating: PHP 8.1.20 (for release-demo only) – ETA +15 minutes.

Updated: PHP 8.3.0 RC 1. The GA release is scheduled for late November 2023.

Updated: Nginx 1.25.2. The Nginx HTTP/3 QUIC implementation has changed and I need to unlearn & relearn some things.
