Atom feed for GitHub repo releases
If you want to track the releases of a GitHub project, the repo release page has an Atom feed baked in. No RSS at the time of writing, but real nerds use Atom anyway…
- Locate the repository you wish to track (e.g. github.com/textpattern/textpattern/ for a lightweight & flexible CMS).
- Go to the releases landing page (github.com/textpattern/textpattern/releases). Choose whether you want to track releases (github.com/textpattern/textpattern/releases) and/or tags (github.com/textpattern/textpattern/tags).
- Append
.atom
to the URL (github.com/textpattern/textpattern/releases.atom and / or github.com/textpattern/textpattern/tags.atom), copy this URL, add to your news reader of choice.
