Uploaded files don't show up in Files panel
Hi,
I’m using TXP 4.5.5.
In the Content > Files panel, an alert says it is not possible to write in the /files directory.
I can upload files through FTP in the /files directory without any problem, but, once uploaded, they don’t show up in the Files panel.
The permissions in the /files directory are the same as in other TXP directories, like /images: rwxrwxr-x
Any idea what the problem can be?

Have you checked under Admin> preferences that you have the path to files directory listed?
eg Mine shows this path: /home/user/apps/myspace_app/files/
You may also want to check Diagnostics to see if any errors are reported.
Are you able to upload to images?

Hi,
The paths to /files and /tmp directories were not absolute, that’s why it didn’t work.
I’ve updated them and now everything works as it should.
