Error when uploading the textpattern setup to install
I downloaded the new Textpattern 4.8.8 and trying to upload through cPanel file manager, unfortunately the following error comes.
The file you uploaded, textpattern-4.8.8.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: Archive.Test.Agent2-9953724-0 FOUND

Looks like something has changed in the last 24 hours with some virus scanner definition files that is causing this. I doubt the Txp download has suddenly been infected but we’ll check anyway. Thanks for the report.

It appears that they fixed it.

For additional peace of mind, we always submit our releases to VirusTotal:
- v4.8.8 .zip: www.virustotal.com/gui/url/47b9f1832263babfcaa87b4f73a836c46d28d6308bee4cdfd8aec4af6bfdd26d?nocache=1
- v4.8.8 .tar.gz: www.virustotal.com/gui/url/17bee24af6b6ace1d6db352fd61a65ee156e26ca6b43d5540be80af7108c736c?nocache=1
There was one vendor which used to show a false positive on one of our third-party libraries, but that’s since been resolved at their side.
