How to install a Theme with gallery
Help!
I’m doing a new install, on a new domain, as practice before tweaking my own site. I have looked all over the place for a way to create a responsive image gallery, but not had much luck.
I did find this by cara-tm, and went on to create a GitHub account (totally out of my depth on GitHub I fear) in order to download it.
On the [\a mi.ni.ma\] theme page, I found this instruction:
How to install? Place this theme folder and its content into your root/theme repertory. Access to your Textpattern’s administration interface, then choose the “Themes” panel, import the theme by selecting it into the list, finally activate it.
I don’t know what my root/theme repertory is, or where to find it.
Most grateful for any help.

“Repertory” is <poetry /> for “directory”. You find it in the top level of your Textpattern installation, aside the files and images folders and the css.php and history.txt files.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

Usually it’s in the root of your site (the same level as your ‘textpattern’ and ‘images’ and ‘files’ directories, and the index.php and css.php files). There should be a writable directory called ‘themes’ there. Drop your theme in there, then visit Presentation>Themes and there’ll be a dropdown with the name of the currently uninstalled themes for you to choose from and import. In this case, just one theme will be there.
