Login on form not showing up

i dont know what is happening with me lately – my txp fresh installs does not go smoothly. :( :)
now i can’t see log on form!
site itself is there

what is wrong now?

You have some errors in your Console:

Save the config.php safely. Delete all other files. Then upload the files again, and upload your config.php again, and check for any errors.

For Mac, I use Transmit. For Windows, I use WinSCP.
