Showing stats on your site

If you ever need to show site stats on your site, this little tidbit may be helpful.

On my about page, I have the following text:

As of July 20, 2020, a total of 6407 images have been archived and uploaded to this site:

• Photographs: 5118
• Art & Prints: 1166
• Maps: 123

And this is the code that I used:

In the article:

 As of *<txp:article_custom section="photography,art-prints,maps" sort="Posted desc" limit="1" form="posted_date_last_article" />*, a total of *<txp:article_custom section="photography,art-prints,maps" pageby="1" pgonly /> images* have been archived and uploaded to this site:

* Photographs: <txp:article_custom section="photography" pageby="1" pgonly />
* Art & Prints: <txp:article_custom section="art-prints" pageby="1" pgonly />
* Maps: <txp:article_custom section="maps" pageby="1" pgonly />

In the posted_date_last_article form:

<txp:posted format="%B %e, %Y" />

Thank you very much!

The DUITS site is 100% flat file, no CMS used. I designed and coded it from scratch using BBedit. Although I designed and built it about three years ago, it actually only went live last Tuesday!

By the way, I love the design of your site as well!
