Re: Feedback for: Textpattern CMS 4.8.3 released

Firstly many thanks to all for the update.

I updated on two installs. The first did not ask me to refresh the page after logging in. I did anyway. Everything appears just fine. I will of course come back to report should I notice anything in the details.

Re: Feedback for: Textpattern CMS 4.8.3 released

Upgraded two sites from 4.82 and also two older sites from Textpattern 4.62. The diagnostics of the old websites said “The folder ‘themes’ is not writable”, although such folder was not still created. After creating and setting permissions the diagnostics was satisfied.

32 bit Linux 4.9.0-13-686-pae Debian 9.12;
PHP 7.4.10 and PHP 7.3.22 – witch switched to 7.4 after an upgrade, too;
MariaDB 10.1.45;
Hiawatha 10.11 webserver.

Thank you very much!

Re: Feedback for: Textpattern CMS 4.8.3 released

Went spiffydoodle, and didn’t have to upgrade my zem_ir {personalbuild} this time, which eventually needs to go away.

Thank you all for a wonderful, stable, and usable experience for nearly fifteen years!
