Textpattern video tutorial
Hi,
When you ar bored locked at home sometimes you take time to make things (sometimes stupid sometimes useful), i decided to make an attempt to create video tutorial, i give it a try and could produce 1 video on how to install textpattern on a local server in english and in franch,
It s not as easy as it seems, that takes me more than 10 attemps each time to succeed and have a simple video explaining the process.
I hope that could be useful for some people, if you think they are well done maybe we can add it to the documentation on the install page.

You did that just great, and it‘s perfectly understandable :-) The run-through is good and straightforward too.
In the occasional times I‘ve made short tutorial videos, I needed several attempts too. And also good preparation in getting your files and folders set up, clean desktop, browser cache cleared, appropriate window width, etc. I definitely underestimated what it involved. Some people can just sit down and spout off intelligently right away. That makes me quite envious.
edit: maybe add a few links and infos to the description on the youtube page?

Nice (didn’t need to do as my hosting offers a one click install on the server). If your are inclined, it would be nice to see a follow up video on customising your website etc, thanks, Rob
