txp:category_list exclude doesn't work?

I use this tag:

<txp:category_list parent="Themes" exclude="Themes" break="">

But “Themes” is still shown in the resulting list…

I am pretty sure it worked correctly before.

I am using Textpattern 4.7.3.

Any suggestions for fixing this?

I think it must be lowercase:
