Beforeonload events on articles page
Now I leave an articles page, it keeps asking me if I really want to leave and it does not matter if I changed anything or not. While this behaviour can be turned off in Firefox, I would rather that that were not needed in the first place. There either needs to be more intelligence applied to the firing of the message box or there needs to be setting Textpattern that allows a user to switch off the behaviour. My use case is that I flick through different articles so I would not want this message showing every time that I move from one article to another.

That’s strange. I don’t see that here, I can move back and forth and exit article edit pages without any dialogs at all.
What browser and OS are you using? Do you have plugins or extensions that might affect this behaviour?
Edit: also, what version of Textpattern? Can you post Diagnostics?

There was a plugin which was adding this behaviour but as I never used it I forgot its name.
