Nice idea too with the low-tech site. Were you inspired by low-tech-mag and Gauthier Roussilhe ?
Your link to the halftone generator is a good idea too. That one looks like its focus is more on the “look” than on image weight optimisation but the link above also includes some settings for photoshop & co.
I’ve not tried it out yet, but will do when I get a chance.

Yes, the website you mention and a post on the forum too for inspiration.
Note this simple theme has a multilingual feature without the need of any plugins.

Nice theme, our current maillot jaune :-) But gives me tons of errors in 4.8, starting with
Tag error: <txp:evaluate query='<txp:variable name="section_nb" /> > 1'>You should probably assert that <txp:variable name="section_nb" /> is numeric:

Hi bici. No. I didn’t write lot of words, only one. All is multilingual (number of language you want).
