<head> in site or in form?
Is it good practice to add the <head> section to the body_header form from the default site? Will it have any impact, for example on SEO? By default, everything is in sites (default, error, etc.). It’s more convenient to add it in one place? I’m thinking about deliberately inserting the head section into each section separately.

It depends what you need to achieve as the tags in the head can load their content dynamically.
