/clean/feed/urls/ redux

I’ve expanded on an earlier version that I really like and I’ve solved some of the problems associated with clean feed URLs and sections, links, categories, etc. Check it out and tell me what you think.

I’m sure it can be improved upon, but it’ll take someone who’s fluent in PHP to review it. I’m not sure how failsafe this method is, but I’ve tested it out quite a bit and it seems relatively solid.

Re: /clean/feed/urls/ redux

Great stuff. One thing I’d like, though, is to have /atom/link/[link category]/5. Now when I choose /atom/link/ it displays all links in all categories which I don’t want.

Also, perhaps I could already do this, I’d like to have /atom/[article category in section]/5 so only a certain category in all(?) sections are displayed.

Edit: One other thing that would be great could be to have /atom/[author-name]/5 to get all articles from a certain author.

Btw, anyone know if that function works with /article/[author name]/ also?

Hmm… it should be working that way. Lemme check it out. As to the author thing, I’ll have to get back to you on that one.

Are you sure you’ve properly categorized your links? All tests for me show that it’s working as expected. What is your usage?
