Password Retrieve

Hi,

I am looking for expert help. It has been a long time since I signed into a client website. I am not sure about the username but I don’t know the password. I tried forgot password, never received an email. Any way to retrieve the username and password from the database?

Hi,
Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? If so, do check out Jakob’s advice here which explains how to reset the password. I think/hope that it is a valid method for all txp versions.

Yes, I have access to the phpMyAdmin. I will check-out the article.
