Firefox is downloading RSS feeds
I have Textpattern v4.6.2 and Firefox 66.0.3
when I access the rss feed (website.com/rss) it will not show the feeds, but download option is coming.

Firefox has dropped RSS/Atom (and other XML based) content support few major releases ago, and will instead prompts you to download or open the file in a separate application. Chrome on the other hand displays XML source in plain-text.
You’ll need a dedicated application/extension/service to view feeds in 2019.
