Update Problems
maybe someone here who can help to make an update?
I always get only error messages.
Someone should be able to help me through teamviewer.
I have already made a backup of the old version. Now I try all the time to change to the new version unfortunately without success

Problem when changing hosting
Moved site to another hosting.
(copied files, imported tables, all as always)
mysite.com – the site is working.
mysite.com/textpattern – white screen. I can not access the admin panel.
Cookies cleaned. I need to clean the tokens probably. How to do it?
How to enter the admin panel?
(txp 4.7.1 and txp 4.7.2)

Look at the browser console when loading site.com/textpattern and check your new host isn’t blocking anything due to content security restrictions or there are any syntax errors shown. I’ve had a white screen on this panel when the site’s JavaScript wasn’t being served, which means the ‘not-ready’ flag was never cleared.
If this is the case, look at the browser inspector: you’ll probably see the HTML is all there, you just can’t see it as the CSS rule is making it invisible. Change that rule (or remove the not-ready class on the <body> tag) and the login panel should appear. Won’t fix your underlying problem, but you can at least log in (which will generate you new tokens).

I changed the style in the browser inspector and was able to enter the admin panel.
But the menu items are not clickable.
I decided this:
Removed all tables.
Made a clean installation of the new site.
Removed all tables.
Export tables from the old site.
Now there is a normal access to the admin panel.
